1. Eligibility for Returns
- Plants: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we only accept returns for plants that arrive damaged or unhealthy. If you receive a plant that is damaged or in poor health, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Non-Plant Items: For non-plant items such as gardening tools, pots, and accessories, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
2. Return Process for Plants

- Include photos of the plant to demonstrate its condition upon arrival.
- We will assess the issue and provide instructions for the return or replacement process if necessary.
3. Return Process for Non-Plant Items
- For non-plant items, please reach out to us via email or phone within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packaged for return.
- Shipping costs for non-plant returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in damaged condition.
4. Refunds and Replacements
- Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns for any custom orders or items that have been altered after delivery.
